At Shop Chunks, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a refund or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to your package.

  Package the Goods

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original tags and inserts are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
